You will get honest service and a fair price. That's the bottom line. They don't have the greatest customer "personal" skills (probably age related crankiness), but they do good, honest work.

We got there there just a few minutes before 3 PM, closing time on Sunday, with a hazard damaged flat tire. They were determined not to leave us stranded 60 miles from home. Dicks Tire had a replacement tire and had us back on the road in about an hour. Thanks for your commitment to service.

I have been a customer of Dick's for over 30 years. I have never had a problem with them. They are very honest and trustworthy .I have recommended them to all my family and friends. They will even take the time to explane exactly what they will do and why.
